ABOUT 

Liz Leonard LMT

Liz Leonard has been a Florida licensed massage therapist since 1999 and has been teaching yoga since 2004. She holds a bachelors degree in anthropology and a graduate certificate in public health from University of Florida. She combines these fields to create a customized massage session focusing on the whole person.  For 20 years she has cultivated her palpation skills and ability to observe movement and tension patterns in the body.  Currently her work consists primarily of connective tissue therapy and cranial touch. The combination of the two modalities allows clients to deeply relax, integrate the body mind, and access their own innate healing ability.
